WuXi AppTec continues share repurchase program in June 2025

WuXi AppTec Co. (HKEX:2359) reported further activity in its ongoing share repurchase program. On June 11, 2025, the company repurchased 460,320 A shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. These shares were bought at prices ranging from CNY64.78 to CNY65.52 per share, with the total aggregate price paid for this transaction reaching CNY29,998,623. This repurchase is part of the company's previously announced repurchase mandate, and the company confirms that these purchases align with domestic regulations. WuXi AppTec intends to cancel the repurchased shares. However, as of the closing balance date of June 11, 2025, these shares have not yet been cancelled and are therefore not included in issued shares. The company has undertaken a series of repurchase transactions since April 2025.
