Neutech updates acquisition of land use rights in Dalian

Neutech Group Limited announced an update regarding the acquisition of land use rights in the High-tech Industrial Zone in Dalian City. Dalian Neusoft University of Information, a consolidated affiliated entity of Neutech, entered into supplementary terms with Dalian Natural Resources Bureau to adjust the Land Parcel B. The building area has been increased from 8,100 to 8,800 square meters. Consequently, Dalian University is required to pay an additional land grant fee of RMB1,124.2 thousand. The adjusted consideration for the acquisition of Land Parcel B is now RMB14,134.2 thousand. Other terms of the original contracts remain unchanged.
