Chongqing Machinery & Electric appoints new directors, supervisors

Chongqing Machinery & Electric Co., Ltd. (HKEX:2722) has announced the appointment of its seventh session of directors and supervisors following the company's annual general meeting on May 22, 2025. Yue Xiangjun, Qin Shaobo, and Deng Rui have been appointed as executive directors, with Lei Bin, Zhu Ying, Dou Bo, and Cai Zhibin taking on non-executive director roles. Ke Rui, Liu Lijun, Pu Huayan, and Wong Chun Wa were appointed as independent non-executive directors. Sun Wenguang, Wang Haibing, and Cao Xingquan have been appointed as supervisors.
