HK ASIA HLDGS rebrands to Moon Inc., new stock short name

HK Asia Holdings Limited, now known as Moon Inc. (HKEX:1723), announced a change of company name and stock short name following shareholder approval at an EGM held on May 12, 2025. The Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name was issued on May 15, 2025. Effective June 12, 2025, the English stock short name will change from "HK ASIA HLDGS" to "MOON INC," and the Chinese short name will change from "港亞控股" to "恆月控股".
