A.Plus Group Holdings expects net loss for current year

A.Plus Group Holdings Limited (HKEX: 1841) has issued a profit warning, anticipating a net loss of at least HK$1.2 million for the year ended March 31, 2025. This contrasts sharply with the profit attributable to owners of the company of approximately HK$8.6 million for the year ended March 31, 2024. The expected loss is primarily due to a decrease in revenue across all segments by no less than HK$29.0 million, particularly in results announcements, financial reports segments, and debt offering circulars. Decreases in selling and distribution expenses by approximately HK$2.9 million, and administrative expenses by approximately HK$3.7 million were unable to offset the declines. The company attributes the revenue decrease to the paperless regime and unfavorable worldwide economic sentiments. The annual results announcement is expected before the end of June 2025.
