Celestial Asia Securities to issue convertible bonds

Celestial Asia Securities Holdings Limited (HKEX:1049) announced plans to issue convertible bonds totaling HKD40 million through two separate transactions. The first involves a connected transaction with a subscriber, Dr Kwan, who is the chairman and an executive director of the company, for HKD20 million. The second pertains to the subscriptions of convertible bonds under general mandate, totaling HKD20 million with several independent subscribers.
