WuXi AppTec (HKEX:2359) announced a series of share repurchases on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in June 2025. According to a Next Day Disclosure Return, the company repurchased shares on multiple dates, with the latest transaction occurring on June 6, 2025, involving 469,000 shares at a price between RMB 63.72 and RMB 64.53 per share, for a total of RMB 29,998,079. These repurchased shares have not yet been canceled as of the closing balance date. These transactions are part of a larger repurchase program announced on April 8, 2025. The number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) remains at 2,500,916,432.
