Town Health AGM results: Resolutions passed, nomination committee change

Town Health International Medical Group Limited (HKEX: 3886) announced the results of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on June 6, 2025, where all proposed resolutions were duly passed. Key resolutions included the adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, and the declaration of a final dividend of HKD 0.12 per ordinary share.
