Q Technology completes investment in poLight ASA

Q Technology (Group) Co announced the completion of its investment in poLight ASA, a company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. The company has subscribed to 63,743,112 placing shares at a price of NOK2.69 per share, for a total consideration of approximately NOK171,469,000. This investment makes Q Technology the largest single shareholder of poLight, representing approximately 32.97% of poLight's total issued shares after the completion of the private placement. With this investment, two directors nominated by Q Technology have been appointed to poLight's board. Q Technology believes the strategic partnership with poLight will enhance its technology development and product offerings, particularly in areas like virtual reality and robotics.
