China Mengniu Dairy Company Limited has announced the cancellation of 200,000 ordinary shares on June 4, 2025, following a repurchase on the Exchange. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 17.94 to HKD 18.04, with the transaction totaling HKD 3.598 million. These repurchased shares were cancelled on the specified date. Following these transactions, the total number of issued shares stands at 3,912,040,513. In addition, the company has shares repurchased for cancellation but not yet cancelled and will take place after the closing balance date.
