Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank disposes of Hanshan equity

** Jilin Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank Corporation Limited (HKEX: 6122) announced a discloseable transaction involving the disposal of its equity interest in Hanshan Huimin Village and Township Bank. The agreement, dated June 6, 2025, sees Hanshan Rural Commercial Bank acquiring Jiutai's 78.51% stake for a consideration of RMB40.4 million. Upon completion, Hanshan Huimin Village and Township Bank will no longer be a subsidiary of Jilin Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank.
