Fosun Pharma reduces share capital after buyback completion

Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co. (HKEX:2196) has announced the completion of the cancellation of 897,140 restricted shares, reducing the total share capital from 2,671,326,465 shares to 2,670,429,325 shares. This includes a change in A Shares from 2,119,385,965 to 2,118,488,825, while H Shares remain at 551,940,500. Consequently, the registered capital has been adjusted from RMB2,671,326,465 to RMB2,670,429,325.
