Country Garden Holdings (HKEX:2007) has announced an extension of the Early-Bird and General Restructuring Support Agreement (RSA) Fee Deadlines. This decision, made under the discretion afforded to the company within the RSA framework, aims to accommodate creditors who have not yet acceded to the agreement but are supportive of the proposed restructuring. The company acknowledges that many creditors are currently undergoing internal approval processes necessary before formally acceding to the RSA.
