CITIC Securities announces final dividend and AGM details

CITIC Securities Co (HKEX: 6030) has announced further details regarding its final dividend for the year ended December 31, 2024, as well as the schedule for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on June 27, 2025, in Beijing. Shareholders of both A and H shares will receive a cash dividend of RMB2.80 per 10 shares. H-shareholders must have their names on the Company's register by the close of business on July 9, 2025, with the ex-dividend date set for July 2, 2025 and a deadline of July 3, 2025, to lodge transfer documents.
