China Power renews financial services framework agreement

China Power International Development Limited (HKEX:2380) announced the successful renewal of its Financial Services Framework Agreement with SPIC Financial Co., Ltd. at a general meeting held on June 5, 2025. The resolution to approve the renewal, detailed in a notice dated May 21, 2025, secured 69.5009% of votes in favor (1,076,345,295 votes) against 30.4991% (472,332,082 votes). The agreement, effective from June 7, 2025, will run for three years, concluding on June 6, 2028. The approved renewal also includes provisions for deposit services and associated annual caps.
