China Everbright Water repays 2022 perpetual medium term notes

China Everbright Water (HKEX:1857) announced the full repayment of its 2022 First Tranche Perpetual Medium Term Notes (the “2022 First Tranche Perpetual MTNs”) on June 13, 2025. The repayment covers the principal amount plus accrued interest from June 13, 2024, to June 12, 2025. The notes, issued in 2022, had a principal amount of RMB700 million and were offered to institutional investors in the national inter-bank bond market of mainland China. Following this repayment, no 2022 First Tranche Perpetual MTNs remain outstanding.
