China Everbright Bank announces final dividend for 2024

China Everbright Bank Co. has announced its final dividend distribution for the year 2024. Shareholders must approve the final dividend on June 27, 2025. The dividend is set at RMB 0.85 per 10 shares. To be eligible for the dividend, the latest time to lodge transfer documents for registration is July 3, 2025, at 16:30.
