Chengdu Expressway enters land agreement, advances expansion project

Chengdu Expressway Co., Ltd. (HKEX: 1785) is moving forward with key infrastructure projects. The company announced that it has entered into a Land Requisition and Relocation Agreement for the Chongzhou Section, following up on announcements from December 2024 and January 2025. The agreement, entered into by Chengwenqiong Expressway Company, a subsidiary, and the Chongzhou Municipal People's Government, marks a major transaction for Chengdu Expressway.
