Billion Industrial Holdings (2299.HK) executes share buyback

Billion Industrial Holdings Limited (HKEX:2299) announced it repurchased 4,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 5, 2025. The shares were bought back at a price of HKD 4.4 per share, with a total consideration of HKD 17,600. The company also reported uncancelled repurchases from May including 14,000 shares on May 22, 8,000 shares on May 27 and 16,000 shares on May 28 as well as 22,000 shares on May 29. The total number of shares the issuer is authorized to repurchase under the mandate is 211,532,800. The company confirmed that the buyback was in compliance with the Main Board Rules of the Exchange.
