Xiaomi announces successful AGM poll results on June 5

Xiaomi Corporation announced the results of its AGM, confirming that all ordinary resolutions were duly passed by poll. Key resolutions included the adoption of the consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, and the re-election of Lei Jun as an executive director. Shareholders also approved the re-election of Liu Qin as a non-executive director and Chen Dongsheng as an independent non-executive director, along with the authorization for the board to determine director remuneration. PricewaterhouseCoopers was re-appointed as the company's auditor. Additionally, the board was granted a general mandate to repurchase up to 10% of the company's issued shares and to issue new Class B ordinary shares up to 20% of the issued shares. The total number of shares entitling holders to attend and vote was 25,241,308,169.
