WuXi AppTec continues share repurchase program in June 2025

WuXi AppTec Co., Ltd. has announced further share repurchases as part of its ongoing program on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. On June 4, 2025, the company repurchased 462,700 A shares at a price range of CNY64.15 to CNY65.42 per share, amounting to a total cost of CNY29,999,292. These repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled. This follows a series of repurchases throughout April and May, as previously announced, under the company's second repurchase mandate in 2025.
