Sunac China to hold annual general meeting June 30, 2025

Sunac China Holdings Limited announced it will hold its annual general meeting on June 30, 2025, in Beijing, PRC. Shareholders will review and adopt the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024. The agenda includes re-electing executive directors Mr. Wang Mengde, Mr. Huang Shuping, Mr. Sun Kevin Zheyi and independent non-executive director Mr. Ma Lishan, as well as authorizing the board to determine director remuneration. The reappointment of BDO Limited as auditor for the year ending December 31, 2025, is also on the agenda. Shareholders will also vote on granting the board a general mandate to issue new shares, capped at 20% of existing share capital, and to repurchase shares, limited to 10% of outstanding shares.
