Jiangxi Bank proposes board re-election, governance restructuring

Jiangxi Bank is set to re-elect its board of directors as the term of the third session expires, proposing Ms. ZENG Hui and Mr. LUO Xiaolin as executive director candidates. The bank also nominated Mr. YIN Guangxing, Mr. SHU Quan, Ms. XIONG Jiemin, Mr. LI Shuiping, and Mr. PENG Xiyuan as non-executive directors, alongside independent candidates Mr. LIU Xinghua, Mr. YANG Ailin, Mr. HE Enliang, and Ms. WANG Feimilan.
