ESR Group issues shares, updates takeovers code compliance

ESR Group Limited (HKEX:1821) has announced the issuance of 6,696 shares pursuant to the exercise of 56,706 KM Options. This announcement is in accordance with Rule 3.8 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers. Following this issuance, the company's relevant securities comprise 4,247,727,506 shares in issue, 7,799,856 outstanding share options under the Tier 1 ESOP, 5,035,378 outstanding share options under the KM ESOP, 16,652,400 outstanding share options under the Post-IPO Share Option Scheme, 7,707,982 outstanding performance share units, and 5,341,334 outstanding restricted share units under the Long Term Incentive Scheme.
