Dynagreen proposes RMB0.2 dividend, reappoints auditor for 2025

Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co. has scheduled its annual general meeting (AGM) for June 25, 2025, to seek shareholder approval on several key resolutions. Among the proposals is a profit distribution plan for the year 2024, recommending a dividend of RMB0.2 per share (before tax). The company also proposes the re-appointment of BDO China Shu Lun Pan Certified Public Accountants LLP as its auditor for the year 2025, authorizing the board to determine their remuneration. A financial budget for 2025 has also been proposed. The total cash dividends payable by the company accounted for 47.64% of the net profit attributable to shareholders for 2024.
