China Galaxy Securities proposes cash dividend of CNY2.14bn

China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (HKEX: 6881) has announced its final accounts and profit distribution plan for 2024, proposing a cash dividend of CNY1.96 per 10 shares, totaling approximately CNY2.14 billion. This distribution follows a consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of CNY10.03 billion for the year. The company also reported an annual operating revenue of RMB35.471 billion. The board recommends the appointment of Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP and Ernst & Young as external auditors for 2025. Shareholders will also vote on the election of Ms. Fan Xiaoyun as an Independent Non-executive Director. An Annual General Meeting is scheduled for June 27, 2025, to approve these resolutions.
