Anta Sports grants share awards to employees and directors

Anta Sports Products Limited (HKEX:2020) announced the grant of share awards to 342 selected employees and executives on June 4, 2025. The awarded shares, totaling approximately 10.45 million, represent around 0.372% of the company’s issued shares. The grants were made under the company's existing 2018 Share Award Scheme (2023 Revision). Executive directors Mr. Bi Mingwei, Mr. Lai Shixian, and Mr. Wu Yonghua received 100,000, 900,000 and 900,000 shares, respectively, as part of the award. The shares will vest according to pre-defined performance conditions outlined in the grant notices, with vesting dates in 2026 and 2028. The award will be fulfilled using existing shares held by the Trustee, precluding any new share issuance or dilution of existing shareholder equity. The closing market price of the shares on the grant date was HKD95.60. The board believes the awards align employee interests with the company's growth objectives.
