China Isotope & Radiation Corp announces final dividend payout

China Isotope & Radiation Corp (HKEX:1763) has announced the approval of its final dividend distribution for the year ended December 31, 2024, at its annual general meeting held on June 3, 2025. Shareholders approved a dividend of RMB0.3090 per share, inclusive of tax. The total dividend payout will amount to RMB98,841,344.10. For H-share holders, the dividend will be paid in HKD, converted from RMB at an exchange rate of HKD1.00 to RMB0.916928, resulting in a dividend of HKD0.3370 per H-share, inclusive of tax. The payment is expected to be made before August 1, 2025. The annual general meeting also saw shareholders vote on other key proposals, including the re-appointment of SHINEWING (HK) CPA Limited as auditor and approval of the company's 2025 financial budget and investment plan. Additionally, the dissolution of the Supervisory Committee and the resignation of Supervisors were approved, effective June 3, 2025.
