China Galaxy Securities completes RMB4bn commercial paper issuance

China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (HKEX:6881) announced the completion of the issuance of its 2025 eleventh tranche of short-term commercial paper on June 3, 2025. This issuance, authorized by shareholders, amounts to RMB4 billion, with a nominal value and issue price of RMB100 per unit. The commercial paper has a term of 107 days and offers a final coupon rate of 1.69%. The proceeds generated will be allocated to supplement the company's working capital. The announcement was made by WANG Sheng, Chairman and Executive Director, on behalf of the board.
