WuXi AppTec continues share repurchase program in May 2025

WuXi AppTec Co., Ltd. (HKEX:2359) announced ongoing share repurchases as part of its previously disclosed program. According to a filing dated May 30, 2025, the company continued its repurchase activities on the Shanghai Stock Exchange throughout May, buying back a total of 468,100 ordinary shares on May 30 alone at prices ranging from RMB 63.78 to RMB 64.56 per share, for an aggregate price of RMB 29,999,735. These repurchased shares are intended for cancellation but have not yet been cancelled as of the closing balance date. WuXi AppTec's total issued shares remain at 2,500,916,432. The company confirms that all repurchases were conducted in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
