JD.com sets annual general meeting for June 20, 2025

JD.com Inc. (HKEX:9618) has announced it will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 20, 2025, at Building A, No. 18 Kechuang 11 Street, Yizhuang, Beijing at 3:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time). The AGM will serve as an open forum for shareholders to discuss company affairs with management. No shareholder proposal will be submitted for shareholder approval at the meeting.
