China Leon: Director changes, share mandates, and annual meeting

China Leon Inspection Holding Limited (HKEX:1586) has announced key resolutions to be addressed at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 30, 2025, including director retirements, the re-appointment of its auditor, and proposals for general mandates to buy back and issue shares. As part of the AGM, the Board will seek shareholder approval for the re-appointment of Ernst & Young as the company's auditor for the year ending December 31, 2025.
