Capital Environment: Share mandates, director elections, auditor change proposed

Capital Environment Holdings Limited (HKEX: 3989) has announced proposals for general mandates to repurchase and issue shares, the re-election of retiring directors, and the retirement of the current auditor with the appointment of a new one, all to be addressed at the Annual General Meeting on June 26, 2025, in Beijing. Shareholders will consider granting the board a general mandate to repurchase up to 10% of the company's issued shares and another to issue shares representing up to 20% of the total.
