Canvest privatization complete; delisting set for June 2

Canvest Environmental Protection Group Company Limited (HKEX: 1381) announced that the privatization by Grandblue Investment Hongkong Limited is now complete, following the scheme of arrangement sanctioned by the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands. The Option Offer related to share options was fully accepted, with Grandblue receiving acceptances for 100% of the outstanding options. As a result, the delisting of Canvest's shares from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange is scheduled to take effect on June 2, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Cheques for the cancellation price and option offer price will be dispatched to scheme shareholders and option holders respectively on or before June 10, 2025.
