R&F Properties announces AGM results: All resolutions passed

Guangzhou R&F Properties (HKEX: 2777) has announced the results of its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM), confirming that all proposed resolutions were duly passed. The meeting, held on May 30, 2025, saw the approval of ordinary resolutions including the adoption of the board and supervisory committee reports, approval of audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, and the re-appointment of BDO Limited as auditor. Shareholders also authorized the board to decide on interim dividend payments. Special resolutions passed included extending guarantees for subsidiaries up to RMB100 billion and granting a general mandate to issue additional shares. Nearly all resolutions had over 95% shareholder approval.
