Tianrui Cement delays 2024 results, trading suspension continues

China Tianrui Group Cement Company Limited has announced a further postponement in the publication of its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2024, and the dispatch of its 2024 annual report. The delay is attributed to the ongoing efforts to assist the auditors in gathering necessary information and documents for completing the audit. Key areas of focus include calculation processes for consolidation adjustments, supporting documents for recovery plans related to prepayments, assessment of the Group's ability to operate as a going concern and certain documents in relation to the subsequent event review procedures. The company now expects to publish the 2024 Annual Results by June 20, 2025, and the Annual Report by July 18, 2025, subject to the completion of the audit work. Trading in the company's shares on the Stock Exchange remains suspended since April 1, 2025, and will continue to be suspended until the 2024 Annual Results are published.
