Immunotech Biopharm CEO and CTO, Dr. Wang Yu, resigns

Immunotech Biopharm Ltd. announced the resignation of Dr. Wang Yu from her roles as Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective June 25, 2025. The resignation stems from disagreements with the Board regarding operational authority and internal control matters. Mr. Zhang Jian, the senior vice president of the Group, has been authorised to perform the duties of the Acting CEO, responsible for the day-to-day affairs of the Company. Immunotech Biopharm is actively seeking suitable candidates to fill the CEO and CTO positions. The Board expressed gratitude to Dr. Wang for her contributions during her tenure. The company stated that the Board believes the allegations made by Dr. Wang are without merit and therefore categorically deny the same.
