China Energy Engineering proposes Pei Zhenjiang as director

China Energy Engineering Corporation announced its proposal to appoint Mr. Pei Zhenjiang as an independent non-executive director. Mr. Pei, a professorate senior engineer, will commence his term upon approval at the general meeting, coinciding with the expiration of the Board's third session. The nomination follows the Company's diversity and nomination policies.
