Agricultural Bank of China nominates new independent director

Agricultural Bank of China (HKEX:1288) has announced the nomination of Ms. WONG Pui Sze Priscilla as a candidate for Independent Non-executive Director. The decision was made at a board of directors meeting held on May 30, 2025. The nomination received unanimous support, with all 14 valid votes cast in favor. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee has confirmed that Ms. WONG Pui Sze Priscilla meets the necessary qualifications as stipulated by relevant laws, regulations, and the bank's Articles of Association.
