Towngas Smart Energy shareholders approve all resolutions at AGM

Towngas Smart Energy Company Limited (HKEX: 1083) announced the successful passage of all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on May 29, 2025. Key resolutions included the adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, and the re-election of Dr. the Hon. Lee Ka-kit, Dr. the Hon. Moses Cheng Mo-chi, and Dr. John Qiu Jian-hang as directors. Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the company's auditor.
