Ping An Healthcare proposes auditor change from PwC to EY

Ping An Healthcare and Technology Company Limited announced a proposed change of auditor. Following a rotation to maintain good corporate governance, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), the company's auditor for over seven years since its listing, will retire upon the conclusion of the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Board will propose the appointment of Ernst & Young (EY) as the new auditor, effective from the date of approval at the AGM and holding office until the conclusion of the subsequent annual general meeting. The Audit and Risk Management Committee recommended the change, citing EY's experience, independence, and capabilities. The proposed appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
