Hygeia Healthcare appoints new director, changes auditor, updates address

Hygeia Healthcare Holdings (HKEX:6078) has announced several significant changes, including the appointment of Mr. Zhang Guozhong as an independent non-executive Director, effective May 29, 2025. He replaces Mr. Liu Yanqun, who retired to pursue personal commitments. Mr. Zhang will also chair the Nomination Committee and serve on the Audit and Remuneration Committees.
