China Molybdenum completes payment on 2020 medium-term notes

China Molybdenum Co., Ltd. (CMOC) announced the completion of payment for its 2020 first tranche medium-term notes on May 28, 2025. The notes, issued on May 28, 2020, had a total issuance amount of RMB1 billion with a coupon rate of 4.20% and a term of 5 years. The payment, which includes both principal and interest, amounted to RMB1,042,000,000.00. The executive director of the company is Mr. Sun Ruiwen, and non-executive directors are Mr. Yuan Honglin, Mr. Lin Jiuxin and Mr. Jiang Li.
