BOC Aviation expands fleet with Airbus, secured by leases

BOC Aviation (HKEX:2588) announced a discloseable transaction involving the purchase and long-term lease of new aircraft to Gulf Air B.S.C. (C). The agreement, finalized on May 28, 2025, includes the purchase of six Airbus A320NEO and three Airbus A321NEO aircraft from Airbus S.A.S., with delivery scheduled between 2025 and 2027. These aircraft are secured by long-term finance leases with Gulf Air B.S.C. (C). The transaction constitutes a Qualified Aircraft Leasing Activity for BOC Aviation.
