Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co. (HKEX:2607) has released its 2024 annual report, detailing plans for significant financial activities alongside a notice for its annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled for June 26, 2025. Shareholders will vote on proposals including the issuance of debt financing products up to RMB15 billion, corporate bonds, and external guarantees. The company intends to distribute a final cash dividend of RMB2.90 per 10 shares for 2024, totaling RMB1,075,311,833.31.
