China Bohai Bank to hold 2024 annual general meeting

China Bohai Bank Co., Ltd. (HKEX:9668) will convene its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 18, 2025, in Tianjin, China, to discuss and approve key resolutions. These include the report of the Board of Directors and Supervisors for 2024, final financial accounts for 2024, and a profit distribution plan for 2024, where the bank proposes to allocate RMB568.595 million to statutory surplus reserve and RMB405.681 million to general risk reserve. No dividends will be distributed for 2024. Discussions will also involve the financial budget report and investment plan for 2025, including plans to invest RMB14.2439 million in two principal business investment projects fully funded by self-owned capital. Shareholders will also vote on the re-appointment of external auditors and remuneration for 2023, plus an assessment of the Chairman's incentive income. The total audit fee is set at RMB5.97 million.
