CDB Financial Leasing issues $700m in dual-tranche notes

China Development Bank Financial Leasing Co (HKEX: 1606) has announced the issuance by CDBL FUNDING 1 of US$400,000,000 4.750 per cent notes due 2030 and US$300,000,000 floating rate notes due 2030, under its US$3,000,000,000 medium-term note program. The notes, referred to as the KW Notes, are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by CDB Aviation Lease Finance Designated Activity Company, backed by a Keepwell and Asset Purchase Deed from China Development Bank Financial Leasing Co.
