Wai Hung Group's revenue plummets 91.7% in 2024

WAI HUNG GROUP (HKEX:3321) announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2024, revealing a significant downturn in financial performance. Revenue plummeted by 91.7% to MOP8.8 million, compared to MOP105.8 million in the previous year. The Group's loss widened to MOP48.9 million, a 76.1% increase from the MOP27.8 million loss in 2023. Basic loss per share increased to MOP8.1 cents from MOP5.5 cents. The board did not recommend a final dividend. The company is focused on expanding operations into the PRC and anti-counterfeit technology. Trading of the company's shares is set to resume on May 28, 2025. The Group's auditor disclaimed their opinion due to uncertainties over the company's ability to continue as a going concern.
