Ruisen Life Service trading suspension continues; forensic audit progresses

Ruisen Life Service Co., Limited provided an update on its resumption progress, noting that its shares will remain suspended from trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company is working to publish its delayed 2024 Interim Results, 2024 Interim Report, 2024 Annual Results, and 2024 Annual Report, with the publication date to be determined after assessing the financial impact of ongoing investigations. An independent forensic accountant is finalizing a second-stage investigation, following an initial review of allegations. Ruisen Life Service has also appointed an IC Adviser to conduct an internal control review, with a report expected in June or July 2025. The company will implement enhanced control procedures based on the IC Adviser’s recommendations.
