Kuaishou's revenue rises 10.9% in Q1 2025

Kuaishou Technology (HKEX:1024) announced its unaudited consolidated results for the three months ended March 31, 2025, showcasing a 10.9% year-over-year increase in revenue to RMB32.608 billion. The surge was primarily fueled by the growth of online marketing services, live streaming, and e-commerce. Adjusted net profit reached RMB4.580 billion, representing a 14.0% adjusted net margin. Average Daily Active Users (DAUs) on the Kuaishou App hit a record 408 million. Notably, the company achieved positive quarterly operating profit for its overall overseas business for the first time. The company's AI initiatives are yielding tangible results, with revenue from Kling AI exceeding RMB150 million in Q1. E-commerce GMV grew 15.4% year-over-year to RMB332.3 billion, with monthly paying users reaching 135 million.
